Section titled “Tell us what happened”Name the product and describe what you need help with. For Film beta issues, include the app version, Windows version, the steps you took, the exact message, and what you expected to happen.
A screenshot may help. Remove full license keys and private information before sending it. Do not send large video files unless requested.
Beta access
Section titled “Beta access”Contact Dave at Read Option Digital about Axsis Film beta access and a demo license key. Demo keys are emailed individually.
