Axsis Film local storage
Section titled “Axsis Film local storage”Axsis Film reviews files already on your computer. Videos and breakdown spreadsheets are not uploaded by the app. Normal import links to source files without moving or changing them.
Notes, edited fields, playlists, and virtual clip markers are saved separately from the original files.
Online services
Section titled “Online services”Local film storage does not mean the app has no network activity. License activation and periodic license check-ins need internet access. Beta 3 also supports user-initiated update checks and downloads.
FFmpeg is third-party software obtained separately for rendered video export. See FFmpeg setup.
Backups
Section titled “Backups”Metadata exports and automatic local snapshots do not contain the source video or spreadsheet files. Back up those originals separately. See Film library & seasons.
Sending a support request
Section titled “Sending a support request”Remove license keys and private information from screenshots. Do not send large film files unless support asks for them.
