Export from Axsis Film

Axsis Film has separate exports for breakdown data, saved app metadata, and rendered playlist video.

  1. Open the film you want to work with.
  2. Select Export CSV.
  3. Choose where to save the CSV.

The CSV contains breakdown information for the current film. It does not contain video. Settings > Export contains CSV defaults.

Open Settings > Export and use Data Backup Export to save the app’s metadata separately from your source files.

Metadata includes notes, favorites, playlists, edited fields, film details, and settings. It does not include source videos or spreadsheets. The current beta does not provide a backup restore interface.

See Film library & seasons for the limitations.

Rendered video export requires FFmpeg to be detected by the app.

With a supported playlist active, use Export Video and choose an MP4 output location. The renderer combines supported clip files into a video.

Check FFmpeg in Settings > Export. CSV and metadata backup exports remain available without it.

If FFmpeg is detected but rendering still fails, send support the error message, app version, and the type of items in the playlist. Do not send large video files unless support requests them.
